CPDC department services includes programming, design, and the construction of projects which includes construction, alteration, or improvement of any state structure, building, road, or other state improvement of any kind.

Building Permits (pdf) are required per California Building Code (CBC Title 24, Part 2, Vol 1, Section 105 to construct, enlarge, alter, repair,
move, demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any
electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system.
